While we recommend enjoying a dozen of our oysters raw on the half-shell, we recognize sometimes there are those who crave culinary diversity. In that spirit, we are making available for you our favorite family oyster recipes.

Oysters are famous for their nutritional value. They offer a superbly balanced mix of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids.
Their vitamin and mineral content is excellent too, providing vitamins A, B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), C and D along with minerals iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, copper and zinc.
